Have you ever wanted to know why adults do what they do or how to have critical conversations with adults in need?? Are you a teacher, counselor, in a leadership role, in the mental health field or have a lot people around you and want to learn better techniques to handle adults in everyday life or in a crisis situation?? Or maybe you want the mental tools to support adults and others?? Join us for our Mental Health First Aid class, this class is Adult focused. This is an 8 hour class with certification in Mental Health First Aid at the end. This class is for 18 years and older.
