About the event

Are you looking for a way to take action and improve your mental health? Mental Health Action Day was created specifically for that purpose. This movement is driven by over 1750 nonprofits, brands, government agencies, and influential leaders from more than 32 countries, all working together to shift our mental health culture from awareness to action.

In partnership with Bullying Resource Recovery Center (BRRC), Tell My Story, and 7/20 Memorial Foundation, BCC Evolution is hosting a live streamed event featuring two films and a Q&A with the Founder of BCC Evolution, BRRC and Tell My Story. The films are designed to help parents of youth who have struggled with their mental health and those impacted by the 7/20 Century 16 Theatre Shooting Memorial. You'll have access to a private group once you register, where you can watch the films and ask questions to the professionals.

This is a free event, and our main focus is to start a conversation about mental health and showcase tools and resources that you can use to improve your own mental health. We want to encourage you to take at least one action to help your mental health on this day specifically. Don't miss this opportunity to make a positive change in your life. RSVP now to secure your spot!
