Have you ever wanted to know why your children do what they do or how to have critical conversations with youth?? Are you a teacher and want to learn better techniques to handle youth in everyday life or in a crisis situation?? Or maybe you want the mental tools to support our youth and other?? Join us for our Mental Health First Aid class, this class is Youth focused. This is an 8 hour class with certification in Mental Health First Aid at the end. This class is for 18 years and older. Sorry no children allowed as they will not be able to focus for the whole time, however if you have a 16 or 17 yr old that you would really like to take the class we can consider making an exception on a case by case basis.

Price is $75 per participant and will include a resource workbook to take home. $25 is due today to hold your spot, balance of $50 for this class ONLY is sponsored by BCC Evolution. No additional payments due for this class.

We will be in the meeting room at Elevation Christian Church in Aurora, CO. Once you walk in we will be there to greet you and take you to the meeting room, please be AT LEAST 5-10 minutes early as class will start promptly at 8:30am. You must attend the FULL 8 hour class to get your certification. Certifications are good for 3 years. 

What to bring...

Water bottle to be able to refill, it is important to stay hydrated

Light snacks will be provided, but lunch will not, however there are a ton of places around this area for food if you do not chose to bring your own

Pen and paper (we will have some extra if you forget)

This is a full 8 hour class with breaks and lunch built in
