About This Event

This is a free admission family friendly health, wellness and crafts event!

We are back for the 2nd year running. ​Rock Your Wellness is a Wellness Expo Fundraising Event benefitting local non-profits, YANA and Make Mental Health Matter. Our event aims to promote well-being within our community, fostering physical, mental, and emotional health giving wellness resources combined with fun to an event that will make you want to come back year after year.

Our event this year will showcase 75+ vendors including crafts, silent disco, live music, food trucks, mini-workshops, dance movement classes, trauma informed yoga, Fit for Mom classes, family fun and so much more.

Indoor location with lots of room for fun exploration, participation and gaining of knowledge/resources.

Order a memory or warrior sign

For a $35 donation we will print a yard sign that will have your loved one's image and name on the sign. These will be showcased across our Gratitude walk.

Have a Warrior or Survivor that you want to showcase?

You can do that too. These signs do not have to be only people how have passed, they can also be those that are still fighting, those that are survived. The true Warriors!

Surprise your loved one with a sign along the walk.

Can't make it to the event? 

No problem. You can still order a sign and we will honor the memory of your loved one. 

Can I have my sign after the event?

We ask that you allow us to keep these signs, so that we can showcase them for the many years that we will be continuing to do this event. Our hope is that every year we continue to add more and honor the lives lost and those still living.

  • Can we bring our own food and drink as an attendee?
    Of course! We will have food trucks with items to purchase. There will NOT be alcohol sold at this event. We will have water and other drinks available for purchase.
  • Is this event really free to the public?
    Yes! Admission is free. There will be vendors, food trucks, silent disco, mini-workshops and classes, donation opportunities, drawing tickets and other things that will be available for purchase.
  • Where is parking for this event?
    There is a ton of parking in The Village parking lot and the lots surrounding the building. Please do not park in any where that says restricted parking. We will not be responsible for your car being towed or ticketed.
  • Are pets allowed?
    Pets are allowed at The Village, however we ask to only bring if your pet is a service or therapy animal as we do not want to overwhelm the space. Pets must be on a leash at all times and must be good with other animals around. Please make sure you follow standard pet etiquette for events with lots of people and possible other animals. This includes picking up and disposing any poop or messes. You will be asked to leave if you do not follow these guidelines.
  • Will there be any free stuff?
    We will have lots of vendors with free resources for the community. The gratitude walk, watching the band, exploring The Village, visiting vendors is all free.
  • How much are vendor tables?
    $175 or $87.50 for nonprofits.
  • Do I need to bring my own stuff as a vendor?
    Yes. We will not be tables or chairs, no tents as this is indoors. You will need to bring this all. A 10x10 spot is the only thing we will provide due to liability concerns.
  • Do I really need vendor insurance for this event?
    YES! If something happens to your stuff. Take the liability off you and your business and get the insurance. Do you need 1 day coverage? Reach out to Kelli at support@makementalhealthmatter.org and she will connect you to an insurance broker.
  • When is the last day to signup to be a vendor?
    The sooner you sign up the more exposure you will get with marketing. Cut off will be the week prior to the event to be able to organize properly and get through the application and payment process in time for the event.
  • How much time do I have to set up and take down?
    There will be 2 hours setup time. And take down is 1 hour after event end, all items must be removed and taken with you. All trash must be picked up and deposited in the trash cans.
  • How much is it to sponsor?
    Any value between $500-$5000. The higher amount the higher perks.
