Why Make Mental Health Matter??
Have you experienced the loss of someone to suicide, substance abuse, or another mental health challenge, and found yourself uttering phrases like these:
"I wish I had recognized the warning signs earlier."
"If only I knew how to support them before it was too late."
"I had no idea they were struggling."
"I felt helpless; I didn't know how to offer assistance."
"If only they had reached out to me."
"I wish I knew how to help"
Here's where our mission begins...
We provide you with the essential tools, resources, and education to empower yourself and others in similar situations. Whether you want to make a difference in someone else's life or seek support for yourself, we are here for you. Our aim is to connect those facing mental health challenges with trustworthy resources and ensure that help is accessible.
We serve both youth and adults, fostering a community dedicated to understanding, compassion, and proactive support.
The Founder Kelli Melissa Reinhardt (Hansen) lost her middle sister Carrie to a completed suicide on Feb 20th, 2017. We open up the conversation about mental health, so that we start breaking down the stigma. You cannot always see a mental health challenge or know how to address it until it is too late, and we lose a life to a completed suicide.
Our Mission
Our mission is to empower humans by providing the knowledge and skills needed to navigate difficult conversations about mental health, substance abuse, and suicide. We firmly believe that education and open conversations have the power to save lives!
Our Vision
Our vision is to stop the stigma and normalize the conversation about mental health and suicide through educational classes and community events to reach one million people by 2030.
